Homework Week 1

My most creative work was for my major work for Design and technology. I created a new South Maroubra Surf Club. The angles of the club give it a modernist approach, and the large glass panels allow for a great view of the ocean from the function room. This work meant alot to me as I am heavily involved in Surf Life Saving, and it allowed me to explore my passion in architecture before university.

This building is something which i believe is a great piece of architecture. I believe that not all architecture needs to be big, and smaller sized buildings allow for greater freedom in the architectural world. Being a person who loves the water and outdoors, this encompasses both in a very modern way.

My third image is what I believe is beautiful. I love the beach alot and this is Forster beach where I have been holidaying since I was born. The peaceful and relaxing nature of the beach is something which I love to death. When im in the water, I'm in my own world where nothing matters.
